Former Union Minister and BJP leader Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore has said that the time has come for the youth of India to be a part of the governance. He also said that AI will not take away jobs; instead, technology has always worked for the betterment of society.

Rajyavardhan Rathore said that it is a misconception that AI will take away jobs.

"AI is there to support you. Use it, ride the horse. I am sure AI is not taking away any jobs. Courage, emotion, sensitivity, collaboration - AI cannot do that. These are what bring success," Rajyavardhan Rathore said while speaking at the NDTV Yuva 2026 summit.

Calling on the youth to remain focused to achieve their goals, Rajyavardhan Rathore said that "we all must fail sometimes to make our goals achievable."

"This is the right time to get the youth to be part of governance," Rajyavardhan Rathore said.

"When we were young, our level of awareness was quite low. The youth of today have a very high level of awareness. They know about the world, about the nation. Which way the nation goes depends a lot on the youth," Rathore said.

Rajyavardhan Rathore currently serves as the Minister for Industries, Sports and Youth Affairs in Rajasthan.
