Flipkart Bonus News: IPO-bound Flipkart has announced a mega bonus payout for its employees. According to a PTI report, Flipkart has declared a bonus payment of 105 per cent to employees for 2025.

The bonus payout will be paid to eligible employees in the month of March. Employees at the Senior Director (SD) level are eligible to get the bonus.

The bonus payout for employees of Vice Presidents (VPs) and Senior Vice Presidents (SVPs) ranks will take place after the closure of the 2025 performance review process.

The information about the bonus payment was announced by Flipkart's Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Seema Nair via an email. 

"Our annual Company Performance Multiplier for bonus payout reflects our progress across key business, operational, financial and people metrics. We made meaningful progress in our journey toward sustainable profitability while maintaining strong growth momentum," an email read.

The CHRO noted that the e-commerce major has made significant strides in strengthening its core categories and scaling new engines of growth.

"To recognise the hard work across all organisational levels... we are pleased to declare the 2025 Company Multiplier at 105 per cent for all eligible employees," Nair stated in the email.
