Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels has accomplished a new milestone with its 50th and 51st hotels. Welcomhotel's 50th and 51st properties are located in Bhubaneswar, the capital city of Odisha, and Shirdi, a pilgrimage site in Maharashtra.

Welcomhotel's new hotels in Bhubaneswar and Shirdi are part of ITC Hotels' broader expansion plan. Notably, ITC Hotels has announced plans to expand its hotels, especially Welcomhotel, in key pilgrimage and leisure destinations.

Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels is a premium hotel brand. Apart from a new property in Bhubaneswar, Welcomhotel has also opened a new hotel in Shirdi, Maharashtra.

Welcomhotel Bhubaneswar will have 84 rooms, while Welcomhotel Shirdi will have 73 rooms.

With two new signings in Bhubaneswar and Shirdi, Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels now has a total of 51 hotels and more than 5,500 keys or rooms.

"Out of these, 30 are operational properties and 21 in the pipeline," Welcomhotel said in a media release.

In the last one year, Welcomhotel has signed properties across 16 locations, including Ayodhya, Sarnath, Vrindavan, Bodh Gaya, Jaipur, Salasar, Rajkot, Mysuru, Nellore and Mohali, among others. Welcomhotel has also plans to start new hotels in Gangtok, as well as properties in Bhopal and Gwalior.
