Milky Mist IPO Fundraise

Milky Mist Dairy Food has said that the proceeds raised from the IPO will be used to fund debt repayment, expansion, and modernisation of the manufacturing facility.

Founded in Erode, Tamil Nadu, Milky Mist is a leading dairy brand in India. It is exclusively focused on premium value-added dairy products, including paneer, cheese, yogurt, ice cream, butter, ghee, and packaged foods.

Milky Mist does not sell liquid milk, enabling higher margins and strong positioning akin to FMCG companies.
