MK Sons Fine Jewels IPO: MK Sons Fine Jewels is planning to launch an IPO anytime soon. The company has already filed its draft papers with the capital market regulator SEBI for raising funds via IPO.
MK Sons Fine Jewels said that its IPO will comprise a fresh issue of up to 1.36 crore shares. Besides, it will also have an offer-for-sale (OFS) of up to 34 lakh shares. Under the OFS, promoter Ramchand Murlidhar Raimalani.
MK Sons Fine Jewels said that the funds raised via fresh issue will be utilised for setting up a new showroom in Maharashtra. Besides, the company will also use funds for expanding an existing showroom in Gujarat.
As per the DRHP, the company will use a portion to repay or prepay certain borrowings and meet general corporate purposes.
MK Sons Fine Jewels was set up in 2012. It is engaged in designing, manufacturing and retailing fine jewellery. It offers a range of gold, diamond and cubic zirconia (CZ) jewellery through its network of company-owned stores.
MK Sons Fine Jewels currently operates five showrooms across Mumbai and Ahmedabad, catering to customers with contemporary and bridal jewellery collections.
Aryaman Financial Services is the sole book-running lead manager to the issue.
