NSE IPO Listing Date: The National Stock Exchange (NSE) is all set to file the DRHP with SEBI. According to media reports, NSE could file its draft papers as early as June.
NSE is the country's largest stock exchange. NSE has been making efforts to list shares since 2016, but it couldn't happen due to regulatory concerns.

Reports said that the NSE shares listing will likely be done by December 2026. NSE shares will list on the BSE Ltd.
NSE has recently received SEBI's no objection certificate (NoC), following which it started the process to file the draft papers. NSE has already appointed a record 20 merchant bankers, law firms and registrar (MUFG).
NSE IPO will entirely be an offer for sale (OFS) of about 4-5 per cent by existing shareholders.
This will make the NSE IPO one of the largest IPOs in India. NSE IPO size is estimated to exceed Rs 20,000 crore.
