Upcoming IPOs: SEBI has approved the IPO plans of three companies -- EAAA India Alternatives, MV Electrosystems and Yatayat Corporation India.
All three companies had filed their IPO papers with SEBI between December 2025 and January 2026.
With SEBI's clearance, the decks are not cleared for EAAA India Alternatives, MV Electrosystems and Yatayat Corporation India to launch their IPOs. The companies received SEBI observations from April 20 to 23.
EAAA India IPO Details
EAAA India is an arm of Edelweiss Financial Services. EAAA India is looking to launch a Rs 1,500 crore IPO.
EAAA India has proposed that its IPO will entirely be an offer-for-sale (OFS) by the Edelweiss Group. It means that EAAA India will receive any proceeds from the IPO and that the entire amount will go to the shareholder trimming stake via IPO.
MV Electrosystems IPO Details
MV Electrosystems is a well-known manufacturer of electrical and power electronics equipment for railway rolling stock.
MV Electrosystems has plans to raise Rs 290 crore through IPO. The MV Electrosystems IPO will be a completely fresh issue of equity shares. Madhuri Madhusudan Kela, wife of well-known investor Madhusudan Kela, owns a 5.6 per cent stake in the company.
MV Electrosystems has said that funds raised from the fresh issue worth Rs 180 crore will be used for funding long-term working capital requirements. Rs 21 crore will be invested for investment in research, design and development activities for new power electronic equipment. Besides, funds will also be used for general corporate purposes.
Yatayat Corporation IPO
Yatayat Corporation is a logistics and transportation services company. Yatayat Corporation's IPO will have a fresh issue of up to 77 lakh equity shares and an OFS of up to 56 lakh shares by a promoter. In total, the Yatayat Corporation IPO size will be 1.33 crore shares.
Yatayat Corporation said that the funds raised via IPO will be used towards meeting working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.
Shares of all three companies EAAA India Alternatives, MV Electrosystems and Yatayat Corporation India, will list on both the leading exchanges, BSE and NSE.
