Anand Rathi Wealth Bonus News: Anand Rathi Wealth Limited has announced a double reward for its shareholders. Anand Rathi Wealth has announced a bonus issue and a dividend.
In an exchange filing today (Thursday, April 9, 2026), Anand Rathi Wealth said that the board has approved a bonus issue proposal in the ratio of 1:1. It means one bonus share will be issued for every one existing share.
Anand Rathi Wealth shares have a face value of Rs 5.

Anand Rathi Wealth bonus record date was, however, not announced by the company along with the 1:1 issue. Anand Rathi Wealth said that the bonus record date will be announced later.

"Recommended Issuance of Bonus Shares by way of capitalization of reserves, in ratio of 1:1 i.e. 1 (One) new fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs 5 (Rupees Five only) each for every 1 (One) existing fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs 5 (Rupees Five only) each held by the eligible shareholders as on the Record Date, subject to shareholders approval and any other applicable regulatory and statutory approvals," Anand Rathi Wealth said in a filing.
Anand Rathi Wealth Bonus Issue History
This is the second time Anand Rathi Wealth has announced a bonus issue of shares for its investors. Earlier in March 2025, Anand Rathi Wealth had announced its first-ever bonus issue in the ratio of 1:1 (one for one).
Before this, Anand Rathi Wealth had conducted a share buyback programme in June 2024.
Anand Rathi Wealth Dividend
The filing added that the board of Anand Rathi Wealth has declared a final dividend of Rs 7 per share. As per the dividend calculation, Rs 7 translates into a payout of 140 per cent per share of Rs 5 face value.
"Final Dividend of Rs. 7 per equity share (140 % of face value of Rs 5 each) for the financial year 2025-26, subject to approval by the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM)," Anand Rathi Wealth said in a filing.
Anand Rathi Wealth Dividend Payment Date
On the dividend payment date, Anand Rathi Wealth said that the dividend, if approved by the members of the company, will be paid within 30 days from the date of the AGM.

According to Anand Rathi Wealth dividend history data, the company had last paid a dividend in October 2025 (Rs 6) and May 2025 (Rs 7). Anand Rathi Wealth paid both the dividend after the first-ever bonus issue.
