CRISIL Dividend 2026 Announcement: CRISIL Ltd, a credit rating agency, has declared a dividend for its shareholders along with the Q1CY2026 results. In an exchange filing, CRISIL Ltd said that its board has recommended a 900 per cent or Rs 9 dividend per share of Re 1 face value.

CRISIL Dividend 2026 Record Date 

CRISIL has set April 23, 2026, as the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders to whom the dividend of Rs 9 per share will be paid.

CRISIL Dividend 2026 Payment Date

On when the Rs 9 interim dividend will be paid, CRISIL said that the amount will be credited directly to the bank accounts of eligible shareholders on May 8, 2026.

"The Board of Directors has also approved the payment of the first interim dividend of Rs 9 per equity share of face value of Re 1 each, for the financial year ending December 31, 2026, which will be paid on May 8, 2026," CRISIL said. (CRISIL Dividend 2026).

CRISIL Q1CY2026 Results

CRISIL is a credit rating agency. In the January to March quarter, CRISIL reported a 46 per cent YoY increase in net profit to Rs 233.3 crore. The company had earned a net profit of Rs 159.8 crore in the same quarter a year ago.

CRISIL said that its consolidated total income stood at Rs 1,093.7 crore, up 29.6 per cent YoY.

CRISIL follows the January to December calendar CY, and not the April to March FY.

CRISIL Dividend History

Before announcing the Rs 9 interim dividend, CRISIL had paid a Rs 28 dividend to its shareholders. In 2025, CRIIL had paid dividends on four occasions - Rs 26 in April, Rs 8 in May, Rs 9 in July and Rs 16 in October.

In 2024 and 2023, CRISIL had paid dividends on four occasions each, aggregating to Rs 58 and Rs 49, respectively.

CRISIL share price closed 5.4 per cent higher at Rs 4,335.25 on BSE during Friday's trading session (April 17, 2026).
