Dividend News: Muthoot Finance Limited, a Nifty Next 50 company, has announced the record date for an interim dividend. In an exchange filing, Muthoot Finance said that April 17, 2026, will be considered as the record date for the payment of the interim dividend.

Muthoot Finance has, however, not announced the dividend amount yet.

In an exchange filing, Muthoot Finance said that a board meeting is scheduled to be held on April 10, 2026.

"A meeting of the Board of Directors of Muthoot Finance Limited is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 10th day of April, 2026 at The Muthoot Group, NH  Bypass, Kochi 28 inter-alia to  consider declaration of an interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26," Muthoot Finance said in a filing.

"The record date for determining the entitlement of shareholders for payment of the aforesaid Interim Dividend shall be Friday, April 17, 2026," Muthoot Finance said in a separate filing.

Muthoot Finance, however, said that the dividend payment remains subject to the approval of the board of directors.

Muthoot Finance Dividend History

Muthoot Finance has regularly paid dividends to its investors, according to BSE data. Earlier in April 2025, Muthoot Finance had distributed Rs 26 as a dividend to its shareholders.

In 2024, 2023 and 2022, Muthoot Finance had rewarded its shareholders by paying them Rs 24, Rs 22 and Rs 20, respectively, as dividends on each share of Rd 10 face value.

Muthoot Finance is one of India's largest NBFCs. It specialises in providing personal and business loans secured by gold jewellery.
