Dividend News: TVS Motor Company could soon announce an interim dividend for its shareholders for the current financial year (FY2026). In an exchange filing on Wednesday, TVS Motor Company shared the details about the next meeting along with the agenda.

TVS Motor Company is a largecap company and a part of Nifty Next 50 index. 

TVS Motor Company said that a board meeting is scheduled to take place on March 24, 2026 to consider and approve a proposal for the distribution of an interim dividend to the shareholders.

"A meeting of the board of directors of the Company is being convened on Tuesday, the 24th March 2026 inter-alia to consider and declare interim dividend, if any, to the shareholders of the Company for the year ending 31st March 2026," TVS Motor Company said in an exchange filing.

"The rate, quantum, record date and date of payment of interim dividend, if declared, will be advised to you immediately after the board meeting," TVS Motor Company added in the filing.

TVS Motor Company, headquartered in Chennai, is a leading manufacturer of two-wheelers and three-wheelers

TVS Motor Company shares closed with a gain of more than 2 per cent at Rs 3,572 on Wednesday.

TVS Motor Company Dividend History

TVS Motor Company had previously paid an interim dividend of Rs 10 on each share of Re 1 face value in March 2025.

Before this, TVS Motor Company had rewarded its investors by paying an interim dividend of Rs 8 in March 2024, Rs 5 in February 2023 and Rs 3.75 in March 2022.
