Bajaj Holdings Dividend 2026: Bajaj Holdings & Investment Ltd has announced a bumper dividend of 1300 per cent or Rs 130 per share. Bajaj Holdings & Investment shares carry a face value of Rs 10 each.

Along with the dividend amount, Bajaj Holdings & Investment has also fixed the record date. This is the final dividend announced by the company for FY2026.

"The Board of Directors have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 130 (1300%) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 for the financial year ended 31 March 2026," Bajaj Holdings said in a filing.

Bajaj Holdings said that the dividend, if declared, by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be credited on or before, August 5 2026.

Rs 130 final dividend "includes a special payout of Rs 50 (500 per cent), in celebration of 100 years of the Bajaj Group."

Bajaj Holdings Dividend Record Date

The company has set June 30, 2026, as the record date for the payment of the final dividend.

"The record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, has been fixed as Tuesday, 30 June 2026," Bajaj Holdings said in the filing.

Bajaj Holdings & Investment is the core investment company of the Bajaj Group.
