Infosys Dividend 2026 Announcement In Q4 Results: IT services company Infosys will announce a dividend for its shareholders in the Q4FY26 results. Infosys has shared the details about the next board meeting to transact several business items, including the approval of the Q4 earnings.
In an exchange filing, Infosys said that a board meeting will be held on April 22 and 23.

The financial results will be presented to the Board of Directors on April 23, 2026, for their approval.
"Approve and take on record the audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries as per Indian Accounting Standards (INDAS) for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026," Infosys said in a filing.
Infosys announced its quarterly results after the market hours (after 3:30 PM).

The board of Infosys will also take up a proposal for a dividend in the same meeting. If announced, this will be the final dividend by Infosys for the financial year 2025-26 (Infosys dividend 2026 announcement).
"Recommend a final dividend, if any, for the financial year ending March 31, 2026," Infosys added in the filing.
Infosys could also announce the dividend record date along with the amount in the quarterly results.

Infosys said that it will hold investor/ analyst calls on April 23, 2026, to discuss the financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026 and business outlook.
Infosys is the country's second-largest IT services company.
Infosys shares closed 1.9 per cent higher at Rs 1,300.45 on the BSE during Thursday's trade (April 2, 2026).
Infosys Dividend History (Infosys Dividend 2026 Announcement)
This will be the first dividend announcement by Infosys after the share buyback in November 2025. Before the buyback, Infosys had paid dividends twice to its investors, Rs 22 in May and Rs 23 in October.
Earlier in 2024, Infosys had paid dividends on three occasions, aggregating to Rs 49. In 2023 and 2022, the IT company had distributed dividends on multiple occasions, aggregating to Rs 35.50 and Rs 32.50, respectively.
