Infosys Dividend Announcement: IT company Infosys has declared a dividend of 500 per cent or Rs 15 per share of Rs 5 face value. Along with the dividend amount, Infosys has also fixed the record date and payment date.
This is the final dividend announced by Infosys for the financial year 2026 (FY2026).

"Recommended a final dividend of Rs 25 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026," Infosys said in a filing.

Infosys said that June 10, 2026, will be the record date for the payment of dividend.
The dividend amount of Rs 25 per share will be paid to eligible shareholders on June 23, 2026.
"The record date for the purpose of payment of final dividend is June 10, 2026, and the dividend will be paid on June 25, 2026," Infosys said in a filing.

Infosys also said that the 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the company will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026.
Infosys is India's second largest IT services company. It is headquartered in Bengaluru.
Infosys announced the final dividend of Rs 25 per share along with the Q4FY26 results.
Infosys Dividend History
This is the first dividend announcement by Infosys after the share buyback programme, which the company had declared in November 2025. Just before the buyback, Infosys had paid Rs 23 dividend in October and a Rs 22 dividend in May.
Back in 2024 and 2023, Infosys had paid dividend on multiple occasions to its shareholders. In 2024, the company paid a total dividend of Rs 49. In 2023, Infosys rewarded its investors by paying them a dividend of Rs 35.50.
