ITC Hotels Dividend 2026: ITC Hotels has announced its first-ever dividend since listing post its demergers from ITC Limited. ITC Hotels made the announcement regarding dividend payment along with its Q4FY26 results.
In an exchange filing dated May 15, 2026, ITC Hotels said that its board has recommended a 100 per cent or Re 1 dividend per share. ITC Hotels shares carry a face value of Re 1.
This is the final dividend for the financial year 2025-26 announced by ITC Hotels.
ITC Hotels dividend 2026: AGM On Aug 6
The final dividend is, however, subject to the approval by shareholders of the company at the third annual general meeting (AGM). ITC Hotels said that the AGM will be held on August 6.
"Recommended Final Dividend of Re 1 per Equity Share of Re 1 each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026, subject to declaration of the same by the Members at the ensuing 3rd Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Company, which has been convened for Thursday, 6 August, 2026," ITC Hotels said in a filing.
ITC Hotels dividend 2026 Record Date
ITC Hotels has also announced the record date for the payment of final dividend. ITC Hotels said that May 21, 2026 will be considered as the record date.
"Fixed Thursday, 21st May, 2026 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the Members for payment of Final Dividend," ITC Hotels added in the filing.

ITC Hotels said that the final dividend of 100 per cent, if declared at the AGM, will be paid between Monday, 10th August, 2026 and Friday, 14th August, 2026 to those Members entitled thereto.
