Jash Engineering Dividend: Jash Engineering shares will be in focus on account of an interim dividend. Jash Engineering has already fixed both the dividend amount and the record date.

In an exchange filing, Jash Engineering had said that the board has given its approval for the payment of 30 per cent or Re 0.60 per share.

"We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of JASH Engineering Limited at its meeting held today i.e. Monday, March 30, 2026, has considered and declared the Interim Dividend of Rs 0.60 per equity share on face value of Rs 2 per equity share for the Financial Year 2025-26," Jash Engineering said in a filing.

Jash Engineering Dividend Record Date

Jash Engineering has set April 10, 2026 (Friday) as the record date for the payment of the interim dividend.

"The Record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of the interim Dividend, is Friday, 10th April 2026 being the Record date for payment of Interim Dividend and the interim dividend shall be duly paid within the stipulated timelines as prescribed under law," Jash Engineering said in its filing.

Jash Engineering is a provider of water control solutions and process equipment.

Jash Engineering share price closed nearly 2 per cent higher at Rs 368.45 on BSE during Thursday's trade (April 2).

Jash Engineering shares have declined 15 per cent in 2026 so far and 23 per cent in the past six months.

Jash Engineering Dividend History

Before announcing an interim dividend of Re 0.60 for the shareholders, Jash Engineering had paid Rs 1.20 as a dividend to the shareholders in September 2025.
