Bonus Stock: Riddhi Steel and Tube has announced first-ever bonus issue of equity shares. The company has also fixed the record date for the bonus issue.
According to an exchange filing, the board of Riddhi Steel and Tube has announced a bonus issue in the ratio of 1:1. The bonus ratio of 1:2 means that one additional or new share will be given to the eligible shareholders for every two shares. The equity shares of Riddhi Steel and Tube carry of face value of Rs 10 each.
In total, the company will issue 41,45,126 equity shares as bonus.

"1:2 i.e. 1 (One) New fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 10 Rupees Ten Only) each for every 2 (Two) existing fully paid-up equity share of Rs 10 (Rupees Ten Only) each, to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company as on record date," Riddhi Steel and Tube said in filing.
The company has fixed February 17 as the record for the bonus issue.
"We wish to inform that the Company has fixed Tuesday, February 17, 2026 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the equity shareholders of the Company eligible for bonus equity shares of the Company," Riddhi Steel and Tube said in filing.

Riddhi Steel and Tube Ltd is engaged in the manufacturing, processing and trading of MS Black Pipes, Galvanized Pipes (GI), and Pre-Galvanized Pipes (ERW tubes). The company is based out of Ahmedabad.
