Muthoot Finance Dividend Announcement: Muthoot Finance has announced to pay a massive dividend of 300 per cent or Rs 30 to its investors. The dividend amount of Rs 30 is payable on each share of Rs 10 face value.
This is the highest-ever dividend amount declared by Muthoot Finance so far, according to exchange data.
Muthoot Finance Dividend Announcement: Consideration
"Considered and approved the payment of an interim dividend of Rs. 30 (Rupees Thirty) per equity share (300%) for the Financial Year 2025-26," Muthoot Finance said in a filing on April 10, 2026.
Muthoot Finance Dividend Announcement: Record Date
Muthoot Finance has also fixed the record for the payment of Rs 30 interim dividend to the eligible shareholders. As per the exchange filing, Muthoot Finance has set April 17, 2026, as the record date.
"The record date for determining the entitlement of shareholders for payment of the aforesaid Interim Dividend shall be Friday, April 17, 2026...," Muthoot Finance said.
Muthoot Finance Dividend Payment Date
On when the Rs 30 interim dividend will be paid to the eligible shareholders, Muthoot Finance said that "the interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders within 30 days from the date of declaration."
Muthoot Finance Dividend History
According to exchange data, this is the highest-ever dividend amount announced by Muthoot Finance. Earlier in April 2025, Muthoot Finance had paid an interim dividend of Rs 26 per share to its investors. Back in 2024,2023 and 2022, Muthoot Finance had paid Rs 24, Rs 22, and Rs 20, respectively, as dividends on each share of Rs 10 face value.
