Nifty Prediction For Tomorrow: Nifty Daily Chart

On the daily chart, although Nifty opened with a strong gap-up, the subsequent selling pressure in the second half resulted in a complete gap fill within the same session. This indicates the presence of selling interest at higher levels, suggesting that traders should remain cautious near key resistance zones.

Nifty Prediction For Tomorrow, April 2 By Experts

Ajit Mishra – SVP, Research, Religare Broking, said that Nifty has witnessed a relief rally after a steep 11% decline in March. However, sustainability remains critical. Immediate resistance is placed in the 23,000–23,200 zone.

Nifty has a key hurdle at 23,500, while support is seen in the 22,300–22,000 range, the expert said.

Dhupesh Dhameja, Derivatives Research Analyst, SAMCO Securities, said that a sustained move above 22,950–23,000 is required in Nifty to extend the recovery toward 23,200–23,400, while failure to hold 22,500 could again drag the index toward 22,250–22,000.

Rupak De, Senior Technical Analyst at LKP Securities, said that Nifty's broader trend still appears weak and tilted in favour of the bears. Nifty's closeness to key support, along with the RSI divergence, points to early signs of a potential recovery.

"On the upside, resistance is placed at 22,800, above which the index could move towards 23,000 and higher. On the downside, a decisive fall below 22,200 may revive bearish momentum," the expert said.
