NSDL Dividend 2026 Announcement: National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL), a capital market company, will announce a dividend for its shareholders along with the Q4FY26 results, the company said in an exchange filing.

NSDL said that a board meeting is scheduled to take place on April 30 to consider and approve the quarterly results. In the same meeting, the board of NSDL will also take up a proposal for declaring a dividend.
If announced, this will be the final dividend by NSDL for the financial year 2026 (FY2026).
"A Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 30th April, 2026," NSDL said in an exchange filing.
"To consider and approve Audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, along with the Audit Report thereon," NSDL filing said further.

NSDL said that if a final dividend is announced by the board, it will be payable only after the approval by the members of the company at the 14th AGM, for which a date will be announced separately.
"To consider recommendation of Final Dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 14th Annual General Meeting," NSDL added in the filing.
