Brigade Enterprises Bonus Issue, Dividend: Brigade Enterprises Ltd, a real estate company, has announced doubled bonanza for its shareholders in the Q4 results for FY2026. In an exchange filing, Brigade Enterprises said that the board has approved proposals to pay dividend and also issue bonus shares to the investors.
As per the filing, the board of Brigade Enterprises has recommended a final dividend of Rs 2 per share, carrying a face value of Rs 10 each. This translates into a payout of 20 per cent.
The dividend payment is, however, subject to the approval by the shareholders of the company at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). If approved at the AGM, the dividend amount will be paid to the eligible shareholders within 30 days from the date of declaration.
"Recommended a final dividend of Rs 2 per equity share (20%) of Rs 10 each which is subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Thirty First Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of shareholders’ approval in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company," Brigade Enterprises said.

Additionally, the board of Brigade Enterprises also approved a proposal to issue bonus shares in the ratio of 1:3. This means eligible shareholders will get one bonus share of Rs 10 face value for every three shares held on the record date.
"Issue of bonus equity shares in the proportion of 1:3. i.e. 1 (one) bonus equity share of Rs 10 each fully paid up for every 3 (three) equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up held by the shareholders as on record date...," Brigade Enterprises said in the filing.

According to data available on BSE, this is the second bonus issue by Brigade Enterprises so far. Back in August 2019, Brigade Enterprises had issued bonus shares to its investors in the ratio of 1:2 (one for two).
