RIIL Dividend 2026: Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Limited (RIIL) has announced a final dividend for its shareholders in in the Q4FY26 results. The board of RIIL has recommended a payout of 35 per cent dividend on each stock of Rs 10 face value.

"The Board of Directors have recommended, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing 38th Annual General Meeting, a dividend of Rs 3.50 per fully paid-up equity share of Rs 10 each, aggregating to Rs 528.5 lakh for the financial year ended March 31, 2026," RIIL said in an exchange filing.

RIIL is yet to announce the record date for the payment of the Rs 3.50 dividend.
RIIL is an associate company of Mukesh Ambani-owned Reliance Industries Limited (RIL).
RIIL in Q4 reported largely flat numbers. The company earned a net profit of Rs 3.22 crore in the March 2026 quarter, up marginally from Rs 3.20 crore earned in the March quarter of FY2025.
RIIL said that its total income declined to Rs 13.72 crore in Q4FY26 from Rs 18.94 crore for the same period of the last fiscal, following the completion of certain fixed-term contracts.
RIIL provides infrastructure support services, which include transportation of petroleum products & raw water through pipelines and other support services mainly to Reliance Industries Limited.
Reliance Industrial Infrastructure shares closed 12.4 per cent higher at Rs 811.15 on BSE during Wednesday's trade (April 15).

RIIL pays a dividend to its shareholders once a year, as per BSE data. RIIL has paid Rs 3.50 as a dividend to its investors every year since 2023. From 2019 to 2022, RIIL paid Rs 3 as a dividend each year.
