RM Drip and Sprinklers Systems has fixed the bonus share ratio at 5:7. It means that five bonus shares will be issued for every seven shares.

"Approved the issuance of bonus equity shares in the ratio of 5:7, i.e., 5 (Five) new fully paid-up Equity Shares of Re 1 (Rupee One only) each for every 7 (Seven) existing fully paid-up Equity Shares of Re 1 (Rupee One only) each, held by the Members of the Company as on the Record Date, subject to approval of the Members through Postal Ballot and receipt of requisite statutory and regulatory approvals, as applicable," RM Drip and Sprinklers Systems said in filing.
RM Drip Bonus Share Record Date
RM Drip and Sprinklers Systems has also fixed the record date for the bonus share. RM Drip and Sprinklers Systems said that April 10 will be ex-date and record date for the bonus share.
"Record Date for determining the entitlement of members to receive the Bonus Equity Shares shall be 10th April 2026," RM Drip and Sprinklers Systems said in the exchange filing.
RM Drip and Sprinklers Systems said that the bonus shares will be allotted to the eligible shareholders on April 13, 2026.
"The deemed date of allotment of the Bonus Equity Shares shall be the next working day following the Record Date, i.e., 13th April 2026," RM Drip and Sprinklers Systems added in filing.

RM Drip and Sprinklers Systems had done a stock split in September 2025. RM Drip and Sprinklers Systems stock split ratio was 10:1, meaning each share of Rs 10 face value was split into 10 shares of Re 1 each.
Just before the stock split, RM Drip and Sprinklers Systems had paid Re 0.50 dividend on each equity share of Rs 10.
RM Drip and Sprinklers Systems share price closed nearly 5 per cent higher at Rs 42.80 on Thursday (April 2, 2026).
RM Drip and Sprinklers Systems is engaged in designing and manufacturing micro irrigation equipment and components. RM Drip and Sprinklers Systems has a market capitalisation of Rs 1,069 crore.
