Rs 12 Dividend Stock: Stovec Industries Ltd has announced to reward its shareholders by paying them a dividend of Rs 12 per share. The company has fixed the record date for dividend payment, which is approaching.

In an exchange filing earlier, Stovec Industries had said that the board has approved a 120 per cent dividend on each share of Rs 10 face value. This translates into a total payout of Rs 12.

Stovec Industries has announced a Rs 12 dividend per share for the financial year ending on December 31, 2025. Stovec Industries follows a January to December financial year.

"Recommend dividend of Rs 12 per equity share of Rs 10 each {i.e. 120%) for the financial year ended December 31, 2025," Stovec Industries said in a filing.

Dividend Stock: Stovec Industries Record Date 

Stovec Industries has said that April 30, 2026, will be the record date for the payment of the Rs 12 dividend.

"Record date April 30, 2026. Purpose: For ascertaining the names of the shareholders for the AGM and payment of dividend @ Rs 12 per Equity Share of Rs 10 each," Stovec Industries said in a filing.

Stovec Industries share price closed nearly 2 per cent higher at Rs 1,798.60 on BSE during Friday's trading session (April 10, 2026).

Stovec Industries has consistently paid dividends to its shareholders. In 2024, Stovec Industries had paid dividends on two occasions to its shareholders -- Rs 17 in April and Rs 115 in May.

In 2023, Stovec Industries paid twice to its investors, aggregating to Rs 204 on each share. In 2022 and 2021, the company had paid Rs 57 and Rs 22, respectively, as dividends.
