Dividend Stock News: BSE 200 company ABB India has declared a final dividend of Rs 29.59 per share for its investors. ABB India shares carry a face value of Rs 2.

ABB India follows a January to December financial year. ABB India had earlier declared a final dividend of Rs 29.59 per stock for financial year 2025 (January to December).

"Recommendation of final dividend of Rs 29.59 per share (Rupees Twenty-Nine and Fifty-Nine Paisa only), i.e., (1480%) on 21,19,08,375 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 2 each fully paid up for the financial year ended December 31, 2025," ABB India had said in a filing earlier.

Dividend Stock News: ABB India Ex-date, Record Date 

ABB India had also announced that May April 30, 2026 will be the ex-date for the dividend and May 2, 2026 will be the record date.

The dividend stock amount of Rs 29.59 per stock will be paid to eligible shareholders by May 9, 2026.

"The dividend will be paid/dispatched after May 09, 2026, to those Shareholders or their mandates whose names appear as Members in the Company/s Register of Members as holders of Equity Shares as at the end of the business hours on May 02, 2026 being the record date," ABB India had said in the filing.

ABB India is engaged in electrification and automation. It operates across five locations in India with nearly 25 manufacturing, distribution and operating facilities. Additionally, ABB India has five major R&D centers.

Before announcing Rs 29.59  final dividend, ABB India had paid Rs 9.77 as an interim dividend to its investors in August 2025. In the same year, ABB India had rewarded its shareholders by paying them Rs 33.40 as a dividend.

In 2024, ABB India had paid on two different occasions -- Rs 23.80 in May and Rs 10.66 in August. In 2023 and 2022, ABB India had rewarded its shareholders by paying them Rs 11 and Rs 5.20, respectively, as dividends on each share of Rs 2 face value.
