Sanmit Infra Ltd Share Consolidation: Sanmit Infra Ltd has announced a share consolidation plan and has also fixed the record date. In an exchange filing, Share Consolidation said that April 30, 2026, will be considered the record date for the consolidation of its shares.
Under the share consolidation plan of Sanmit Infra Ltd, every 10 shares carrying a face value of Re 1 each will be consolidated into 1 share. After the consolidation, each share of Sanmit Infra Ltd will have a face value of Rs 10.

"Board of Directors has fixed Thursday, 30t April, 2026 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the eligibility of shareholders to receive the consolidated equity shares of the Company having a face value of Rs 10 each fully paid-up against the existing equity shares of Re 1 each fully paid-up, such that every 10 existing equity shares of Re 1 each shall stand consolidated into 1 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up," Sanmit Infra Ltd said in filing.
