TCS Q4 Results Date And Time, Dividend Announcement: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), an IT services company, has announced the schedule of the next board meeting to declare the Q4FY2026 results (quarterly results). TCS said that it could also announce a final dividend for its investors for the financial year 2026.

In an exchange filing, TCS said that the board meeting is scheduled to take place on April 9, 2026 (Thursday).

"Approve and take on record the audited standalone financial results of the Company under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the financial year ending March 31, 2026," TCS said in filing.

"Approve and take on record the audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries under Ind AS for the financial year ending March 31, 2026," TCS said further.

TCS Dividend 2026 Announcement

TCS in the same filing said that the board will also take up a proposal for declaring a final dividend for its shareholders along with the quarterly results.

"Recommend a final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, for the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 31st Annual General Meeting," TCS filing said.

TCS didn't announce the dividend record date in the latest filing. Usually, TCS announces the dividend record date along wth the dividend amount.   

TCS shares on Tuesday (March 24) closed in the green at Rs 2,398.80 on BSE.

TCS is among high dividend-paying stocks. TCS has a dividend yield of more than 2.50 per cent.
