Varun Beverages Dividend 2026 Record Date: Varun Beverages Ltd, one of the largest bottlers of PepsiCo, will be in focus on April 8 on account of ex-date and record date for a final dividend. Varun Beverages had earlier declared a final dividend of 25 per cent or Re 050 per share of Rs 2 face value.
Varun Beverages Dividend 2026 Record Date
Varun Beverages had declared that April 8, 2026 will be considered as the record date for the payment of final dividend.
This is the final dividend by Varun Beverages for the financial year 2025. Varun Beverages follows January to December financial year.
"Fixed Wednesday, April 8, 2026 as the Record Date, for the purpose of ascertaining eligibility of Equity Shareholders entitled for receipt of Final Dividend of Re 0.50 per equity share of face value of Rs 2 each for the Financial Year ended December 31, 2025," Varun Beverages said in filing.
Varun Beverages Dividend 2026 Payment Date
On when the final dividend amount will be paid, Varun Beverages said: "The Final Dividend as approved by Equity Shareholders of the Company at their 31st Annual General Meeting held on April 1, 2026, will be paid on and from Friday, April 10, 2026."
Varun Beverages Stock Split History
Varun Beverages had declared a stock split in September 2024. At that time, Varun Beverages said had set split the face value of shares from Rs 5 to Rs 2. This was the second time when Varun Beverages had announced a stock split.
Back in June 2023, Varun Beverages had split its shares in the ratio of 2:1 (two for one). At the time, Varun Beverages' face value was split from Rs 10 to Rs 5 each.
