Akshay Kumar Duplex House: Bollywood star Akshay Kumar has just rented a duplex apartment in Mumbai. According to CRE Matrix, Akshay Kumar has leased the duplex house for a rental of Rs 1.44 lakh per month.

Akshay Kumar's duplex house is located in the Andheri West area of Mumbai.

CRE Matrix, which is a data-driven real estate consultancy firm, claimed to have accessed the registration documents.

Akshay Kumar Duplex House Location

Akshay Kumar's duplex house in Andheri is located in the Sky Pan building and spread across the 11th and 12th floors. The C Wing duplex house also has an attached terrace.

The Sky Pan building is located at Oberoi Complex on New Link Road. 

Akshay Kumar Duplex House Tenant 

CRE Matrix said that Akshay Kumar has rented out the duplex house on a leave and license basis to commercial airline commander Anny Divya. The rent agreement showed that Akshay Kumar has rented out the duplex house for a period of 24 months, starting March 1, 2026.

The rent deal between Akshay Kumar and Anny Divya was registered on April 7, 2026, according to CRE Matrix. The rent agreement has no security deposit and a total of Rs 9,700 was paid for stamp duty and registration. The transaction was processed through SBI.

Akshay Kumar Duplex House Rent

The rent amount of Rs 1.44 lakh, however, excludes applicable taxes and utility charges. Tax and other charges will be borne by tenant Anny Divya.

Earlier in April last year, Akshay Kumar had sold his office space in Lower Parel for Rs 8 crore, according to media reports.

 According to property registration documents shared by Square Yards, the transaction reportedly took place in April this year. 

Sara Ali Khan Rents Out Mumbai Bungalow

Recently, actress Sara Ali Khan leased out a bungalow in Mumbai. She rented out the Andheri West bungalow for five years for Rs 6.5 lakh per month, according to CRE Matrix.

The rented bungalow is located in the Belscot Co-operative Housing Society in the Old Lokhandwala Complex.
