Gurugram Real Estate News: Real estate company Dalcore has announced a fresh investment of Rs 500 crore in Gurugram. Dalcore said that the investment will be made to develop a luxury housing project in the city.
According to a press release, Dalcore will develop the new luxury housing project in Gurugram in partnership with YOO.

The upcoming luxury housing project in Gurugram has been named 'The Falcon'. The housing project will be spread over 2 acres of land.
Dalcore said that its new luxury housing project in Gurugram will have a 5 lakh sq ft area and it will offer 96 units. The project will have only one tower, with a height of 165 metres. It will include 93 apartments and 3 penthouses.

Dalcore said that it has already launched the project 'The Falcon', which is located on Golf Course Road.

Sidharth Chowdhry, MD, Dalcore, said that the company will invest Rs 500 crore to develop the new luxury housing project 'The Falcon'. He said that the company aims to raise a revenue of Rs 1,450 crore from the new luxury housing project.

According to Dalcore, the units in 'The Falcon' will have a starting price of Rs 10 crore and above.
Dalcore is a real estate company based in Gujarat. It is a part of the Shreeram Group. Shreeram Group is into the manufacturing and export of industrial and edible salts.
YOO has so far completed around 7 projects so far in India. On the other hand, this is the first project of Dalcore, according to the release.
Cushman & Wakefield, a real estate consultant, is the strategic marketing partner for 'The Falcon' in Gurugram.
