Prestige Golden Grove will be spread over an area of 28.6 acres. It is touted to be a large-scale residential community with a total saleable area of 10.36 million square feet.
Prestige Estates has estimated the gross development value (GDV) or revenue of over Rs 9,500 crore from the newly launched residential project in Hyderabad.
Prestige Golden Grove will have a total of 5,120 units. It will feature 2, 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK flats, and also 4 BHK flats with staff accommodation.
Hyderabad Real Estate News: Flats Price In Hyderabad
The size of flats in Prestige Golden Grove will vary in the range of 1,169 sq. ft. to 3,013 sq. ft.
Flats in Prestige Golden Grove start from Rs 1 crore and go up to Rs 3 crore, Prestige Estates said.
