Mumbai Real Estate News: Real estate company Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd has announced plans to develop a new housing project in Mumbai. Arvind SmartSpaces said that it has partnered with Sigma Oxford Realtors for the upcoming project in Mumbai.
According to Arvind SmartSpaces, the upcoming housing project in Mumbai is expected to raise a revenue of Rs 2,400 crore.

The new residential property will be a high-rise project and located in the Goregaon West area of Mumbai.
“Signed a residential high-rise project in Goregaon (West), Mumbai. The project has a top-line potential of Rs 2,400 crore with a total saleable carpet area of 0.67 million sq ft,” Arvind SmartSpaces said in a statement.
Arvind SmartSpaces said that it, along with Sigma Oxford Realtors, will together do a redevelopment in Siddharth Nagar, Goregaon West.
