Real estate company Lodha Developers has announced that it will launch residential properties in FY2027 worth nearly Rs 22,000 crore for sale. The Mumbai based real estate company said that it has plans to launch 15 million sq ft for sale.

From the new launches, Lodha Deelopers aims to an estimated revenue of Rs 21,800 crore, the company said in a latest presentation.

The new projects by Lodha Developers will be launched in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Pune, Bengaluru and Delhi-NCR.

Meanwhile, Lodha Developers has said that on the pre-sales front, it is aiming to achieve 17 per cent growth in sales bookings in FY2027 to Rs 24,000 crore.

In FY2026, the realty firm launched 16.3 million sq ft area for sale and raised around of Rs 36,870 crore revenue. The company's sales bookings rose 16 per cent to Rs 20,530 crore from Rs 17,630 crore in the preceding fiscal year.

In FY2026, Lodha Developers reported a net profit of Rs 3,430.7 crore, up from Rs 2,766.6 crore in FY2025. The real estate company's total income surged to Rs 17,119.5 crore in FY26 from  Rs 14,169.8 crore in FY25.

Lodha Developers sells both residential and commercial properties under the Lodha brand. It has developed more than 100 million sq ft so far.
