Real Estate News Pune: Real estate company Ashiana Housing has purchased fresh land in Pune as part of its expansion strategy. In a media release, Ashiana Housing said that it has bought 28.55 acres of land where it will develop a senior living housing project.
According to Ashiana Housing, the upcoming housing project in Pune has the potential to generate a revenue of Rs 1,800 crore for the company.

The announcement regarding the land purchase and the new project in Pune was made by Ashiana Housing in a regulatory filing.
"The company has acquired a piece of land measuring 28.55 acres on an outright purchase basis" in Pune, Maharashtra," Ashiana Housing said.
Real Estate News Pune: Biggest Land Deal
Ashiana Housing also claimed that this is the biggest land deal in the history of the company for the development of a senior living housing project.
Out of 28.5 acres, according to Ashiana Housing, the saleable area is around 20 lakh sq ft.
"The land has a sales value potential of Rs 1,800 crore," Ashiana Housing said.

Recently, Ashiana Housing announced its sales data for the fourth quarter (Q4 FY2026), with bookings growing by more than two-fold to Rs 1,289.70 crore. The bookings were led by strong demand in the segment.
