Real Estate News: Real estate company WeWork India Management has leased more than 7 lakh sq ft area. According to a company statement, it has leased areas from property owners in Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai.
WeWork India Management said that the development is part of its broader expansion plan to meet the rising demand of flexible workspace.
"Signed five large-scale, long-term lease agreements across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai, totalling over 7 lakh sq ft of Grade A office space," WeWork India said.
According to the details shared by WeWork India, the five new centres add 12,000 desks to its portfolio.
Out of the five properties, three are located in Bengaluru and one each in Hyderabad and Chennai.
WeWork India said that it has taken office space from Embassy Office Parks, Madhu Ventures & Vista Spaces, Inspira Builders and Phoenix Group Hyderabad.
