Wipro Alpha Net Acquisition: Wipro, a leading IT services company, has announced the acquisition of select customer contracts of Alpha Net Consulting.
Wipro said that the acquisition of Alpha Net Consulting will give it access to certain key clientele and their customer contracts. Besides, it will also fuel new growth opportunities.

"Wipro Limited, through its subsidiaries, signed a definitive agreement on April 14, 2026 to acquire select customer contracts of Alpha Net Consulting LLC and its subsidiaries," Wipro said in an exchange filing.
