Dividend Stock: ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, a company promoted by ICICI Bank, has announced a final dividend for its shareholders. In an exchange filing, the company said that its board has recommended a dividend payout of Rs 1.65 per share of Rs 10 face value.

"Recommendation of final dividend of Rs 1.65 per equity share of face value of Rs 10 each," ICICI Prudential Life said in filing.

ICICI Prudential Life added that the dividend is subject to the approval by shareholders of the company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).

On when dividend will be paid, ICICI Prudential Life said that the final dividend shall be paid to the eligible shareholders within 30 days from the declaration at the ensuing AGM of the company.

ICICI Prudential Life Q4 Results

ICICI Prudential Life announced the dividend along with its Q4 results for FY2026. In the March quarter, ICICI Prudential Life reported 58 per cent year-on-year rise in net profit to Rs 609 crore. Its PAT in Q4FY25 was at Rs 386 crore.

For the full fiscal year 2026, the company reported 34 per cent jump in its profit after tax to Rs 1,600 crore for 2025-26. Its Value of New Business (VNB) increased by 10.9 per cent year-on-year to Rs 2,629 crore and embedded value rose 10.5 per cent year-on-year to Rs 52,989 crore in FY26.
