HDFC AMC Dividend 2026: HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced a huge dividend for its shareholders after the bonus issue. In an exchange filing, HDFC AMC said that its board has recommended a dividend of Rs 54 per share for its investors. The dividend was announced along with the Q4FY26 results.

HDFC AMC said that the board has approved a proposal to distribute 108 per cent dividend on each share of Rs 10 face value. This translates into a payout of Rs 54.
"Recommended a final Dividend of Rs 54 per equity share of Rs 5 each of the Company, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting," HDFC AMC said in a filing.
HDFC AMC Dividend Record Date
HDFC AMC didn't announce the dividend record date yet. HDFC AMC said that the dividend will be paid to shareholders within the applicable timeline.
"The final dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be remitted within the applicable regulatory timelines after the Annual General Meeting," HDFC AMC added in the filing.

HDFC AMC Bonus History
This is the first time HDFC AMC has announced a dividend for its shareholders. HDFC AMC had announced a bonus issue in November 2025 in the ratio of 1:1 (one for one).
HDFC AMC Dividend History
Before the bonus issue, HDFC AMC had paid Rs 90 as a dividend to its investors on each share. Back in 2024, 2023 and 2022, HDFC AMC had paid Rs 70, Rs 48 and Rs 42, respectively, as dividends to its shareholders.
HDFC AMC has reported a 2.4 per cent fall in consolidated profit for Q4FY26 at Rs 622.66 crore. The company had earned a profit of Rs 638.46 crore in Q4 of the last fiscal.
HDFC AMC said that its revenue from operations in Q4 grew 17 per cent YoY to Rs 1,051.51 crore.
For the full FY2026, HDFC AMC reported a profit of Rs 2,858.06 crore and a revenue of Rs 4,122.16 crore.
