Gurugram Real Estate News: Real estate company Signature Global has announced a partnership with Tonino Lamborghini, an Italian lifestyle brand. Under the partnership, Signature Global will develop a luxury housing project in Gurugram.

Signature Global said that the upcoming luxury housing project will be named Tonino Lamborghini Residences Gurugram.

Gurugram Real Estate News: Tonino Lamborghini Residences 

Tonino Lamborghini Residences will be spread over an area of 12.40 acres and it will have a total of 812 luxury flats. Signature Global, however, did not disclose the investment amount for developing Tonino Lamborghini Residences.

Tonino Lamborghini Residences will be located in Sector 71 of Gurugram.

Tonino Lamborghini's partnership with Signature Global also marks its entry into India's residential real estate market.

According to Signature Global, it has entered into a licence agreement with Tonino Lamborghini.
