ICICI Lombard Dividend, Share Price Target: ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company has declared a final dividend for its shareholders in the Q4FY26 results. In an exchange filing, ICICI Lombard said that the board has recommended a dividend payout of 70 per cent or Rs 7 per share of Rs 10 face value.

"The Board have recommended a final dividend of Rs 7 per equity share i.e. at the rate of 70% of face value of Rs 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM)," ICICI Lombard said in a filing.

ICICI Lombard is yet to announce the record date for the payment of dividends to the shareholders. The record date will determine the eligibility of shareholders to whom the dividend of Rs 7 will be paid.

In the fourth quarter, ICICI Lombard reported a net profit to Rs 547 crore, up 7.3 per cent on YoY basis. Its total income in the March quarter increased to Rs 6,619 crore from Rs 5,851 crore YoY. For the full FY2026, ICICI Lombard clocked a net profit of Rs 2,772 crore, up by 10.5 per cent YoY.

JM Financial has recommended Buy rating on ICICI Lombard shares after the Q4 results and also raised the target to Rs 2,180 (earlier Rs 2,080).
The brokerage noted that the company's management was upbeat on growth in motor and retail health in FY27 but cautious on commercial lines. The brokerage said that it takes it as a key positive from the concall and expects 15 per cent CAGR in NEP, and with COR improving by 120bps over FY26-FY28E.
Motilal Oswal has also maintained a Buy rating on ICICI Lombard for a target price of Rs 2,230. The brokerage said that ICICI Lombard witnessed a better-than-industry growth trajectory in 2HFY26, driven by recovery in motor insurance and strong market share gain in retail health. The additional boost came from the GST exemption.
