RIL Dividend 2026: Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), India's most valuable listed company, has announced a final dividend for its shareholders in the Q4FY26 results. In an exchange filing, RIL said that its board approved a dividend payment of 60 per cent or Rs 6 per share.
RIL shares carry a face value of Rs 10 each.

"Recommended a dividend of Rs 6 per equity share of Rs 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026," RIL said in a filing.

Reliance Industries added that the final dividend is subject to the approval of shareholders of the company at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
RIL is yet to announce the record date and the date for the AGM. RIL said that it will announce the dividend record date along with the date for AGM in due course.
"We shall inform you in due course the date on which the Company will hold its Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 and the date from which dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be paid," RIL said in a filing.
