Tata Capital Dividend Announcement: Tata Capital Ltd, a Tata Group company, has announced its first-ever dividend for its shareholders since its IPO listing. In an exchange filing on April 23, Tata Capital said that the board has recommended a dividend of 5.7 per cent per share of Rs 10 face value.

Tata Capital said that the dividend amount of Re 0.57 per share is payable, subject to the approval by shareholders at the AGM.

"Recommended a final dividend of Re 0.57 per equity share of face value of Rs 10 each, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM)," Tata Capital said in a filing.
"The said dividend will be paid after it is approved by the shareholders at the AGM," Tata Capital added in the filing.

Tata Capital didn't announce the record date along with the amount in the Q4 results. Tata Capital will announce the dividend record date in due course and inform via the exchanges.
