According to a statement issued by the real estate company, Hawelia Group will invest Rs 770 crore to complete its pending project in Greater Noida.

The name of the pending project of Hawellia Group in Greater Noida is Shri Radha Sky Gardens.

Shri Radha Sky Gardens is a housing project in Greater Noida. It is spread over an area of 22 acres.

Greater Noida Real Estate News: Hawelia Group Gets Approval

Hawelia Group said that it has secured approval from the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority to complete the stalled project.

Earlier in 2023, Hawelia Group had signed an agreement with the promoter of SJP Infracon's Shri Radha Sky Gardens for the completion of the project. Pot this, Hawelia Group sought permission from the Uttar Pradesh government to become a co-promoter of the stalled project, Shri Radha Sky Gardens.

Hawelia Group's decision to take over the stalled housing project in Greater Noida, Shri Radha Sky Gardens, will benefit more than 2000 homebuyers. Notably, the housing project Shri Radha Sky Gardens has been stuck for many years.

"Hawelia Group will invest Rs 770 crore to complete this project and aims to complete all 2,064 residential units within the stipulated timeline," Hawelia Group said in a statement. The project is expected to be completed in 42 to 48 months.
