Lodha Developers Land Acquisition: Real estate company Lodha Developers said that it will invest less in further land acquisition as it looks to improve its cash flow. The company said that its land bank can generate around Rs 2 lakh crore in revenue.
Notably, Lodha Developers in the past few years aggressively acquired land. It purchased land from owners and also formed joint ventures with land owners in some cases.
Lodha Developers Land Acquisition: FY2026
According to the latest operational update shared by Lodha Developers, the real estate company purchased 12 land parcels in FY2026. These lands are spread across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Bengaluru and Delhi-NCR.
According to Lodha Developers, the company has plans to utilise these lands to develop housing projects. The company aims to generate a revenue of Rs 60,000 crore from these lands.
Lodha Developers Land Acquisition: FY2025
In the previous fiscal year (FY2025), Lodha Developers acquired 10 land parcels, with a revenue potential of Rs 23,700 crore.
As per Lodha Developers, it has a gross development value (GDV) amounting to Rs 2 trillion available for sale as of 1st April 2026. This excludes land bank in townships which will not be used in the next 5 years.
Consequently, Lodha Developers said it would “reduce investments on land acquisition over the next 24 months and increase free cash flow.”

In FY2026, Lodha Developers reported pre-sales Rs 20,530 crore, up 16 per cent on a YoY basis.
Lodha Developers is a leading real estate company, with a strong presence in the western region. Lodha is mainly present in MMR, Pune and Bengaluru. Recently, Lodha Developers acquired land in Delhi-NCR.
Lodha Developers has completed more than 100 million sq ft so far.
