In an exchange filing, ICICI Prudential AMC said: "Recommended a final dividend of Rs 12.40 per equity share to the equity shareholders of the Company, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026."

ICICI Prudential AMC Dividend News: Approval At AGM

ICICI Prudential AMC said that the dividend will be paid to shareholders only if approved at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company.

"The dividend on equity shares, will be paid to the eligible Members after the same is approved by the Members at the ensuing AGM of the Company," ICICI Prudential AMC said.

ICICI Prudential AMC had reported a 10.4 per cent YoY increase in its Q4 profit to Rs 763.4 crore. The company's revenue from operations grew by 19.5 per cent YoY to Rs 1,517.1 crore in the quarter.

For the full FY2026, ICICI Prudential AMC reported a profit of Rs 3,298.6 crore and a revenue of Rs 5,764.6 crore.
