Swaraj Engines Dividend Per Share Announcement: Swaraj Engines, a Mahindra & Mahindra Group company, has announced a massive dividend of 1100 per cent or Rs 110 per share of Rs 10 face value. Swaraj Engines has fixed July 3, 2026, as the dividend record date.
This is the final dividend amount announced by Swaraj Engines for the financial year 2026 (FY2026).
This is also the highest-ever dividend amount announced by Swaraj Engines so far, according to data available on the BSE website.

In an exchange filing, Swaraj Engines said: "The board, while approving the annual accounts, has recommended an equity dividend of Rs 1100% (Rs 110 per share) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026."
Swaraj Engines said that the dividend of Rs 110 per share will be paid to shareholders, subject to their eligibility as on the record date.

Swaraj Engines said that the dividend, if approved at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be paid after July 20, 2026. Swaraj Engines said that the 40th AGM of the company will take place on July 20, 2026.
"The 40th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company will be held on Monday, 20th July, 2026," Swaraj Engines said in a filing.

"The record date for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting and payment of dividend is Friday, 3rd July, 2026.
