Just Dial Q4 Results 2026: Just Dial, owned by Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Retail, has announced its Q4FY26 results and also the numbers for the entire fiscal year. Just Dial said that it closed FY26 with revenue of Rs 1,213.9 crores, registering a growth of 6.3 per cent on YoY basis.

Just Dial said that its EBITDA stood at Rs 357.5 crore in the financial year, up 6.6 per cent YoY. The company's net profit stood at Rs 497 crore in the year.

In Q4FY26, Just Dial reported a revenue of Rs 307.2 crores, up 6 per cent YoY. Its EBITDA grew by 3.2 per cent YoY to Rs 88.8 crore.

Just Dial clocked a net profit of Rs 100 crore in the quarter, it said in a media release.

Just Dial claims to be India's largest and number 1 local search engine platform. Justdial has zero debt on its balance sheet.

Just Dial Q4 Results 2026: Expansion 

Just Dial said that FY26 saw continued expansion of its merchant ecosystem, with total business listings reaching 54.7 million. Momentum was particularly strong in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets.

User engagement on the platform remained steady, with quarterly unique visitors standing at 182.4 million in Q4.

Just Dial Q4 Results 2026: FY27 Plan

For FY27, Just Dial said that the focus will be on expanding capabilities across more customer and merchant touchpoints.

"The focus remains on building a platform where users can easily find what they need and businesses can connect with genuine customers and grow efficiently,” Shwetank Dixit, Chief Growth Officer, Just Dial, said.

Just Dial shares closed 1.5 per cent lower at Rs 572.35 on BSE during Monday's trading session (April 13, 2026).

Just Dial shares have remained under pressure over the past years, yielding a negative return of 31 per cent in one year and 37 per cent in two years.
